JXTX + JJ Fund GBCC 2025 Scholarships: Supporting travel to the Galaxy and Bioconductor Community Conference

The JXTX Foundation and the Galaxy Project announce the 2025 GBCC Scholarship program. This program will support four outstanding graduate students in genomics and data sciences to attend the Galaxy and Bioconductor Community Conference 2025.

JXTX Scholarships:

JXTX scholarships will be awarded in two tiers:

The first tier will be awarded to two individuals and will cover conference registration plus transportation to and from the conference (up to US$1,000).
The second tier will be awarded to two individuals and will cover conference registration only.

The JJ Travel Fellowships:

These new fellowships will sponsor up to two graduate students or postdoctoral researchers to attend the Galaxy and Bioconductor Community Conference (GBCC 2025).

Deadline for applications: April 8, 2025
Winners announced: April 17, 2025

Applicants should be planning to present their work at the conference, either as a talk or as a poster.
